National Parks open nature photography contest

The entity opened a call for professional and amateur photographers to send their best portraits of rural Colombia.

National Natural Parks has just opened its first call for photographers from all over the country to participate in the first Natural Photography contest of this public entity with bbtvcon.

Any Colombian of legal age can send his photographs that portray rural landscapes of our country. There will be two winners: one by public vote and the other by a jury vote, headed by Esteban Toro, a photography teacher.

The first prize for the jury winner will be a full paid trip to the Gorgona Natural Park between July 13 and 16, during the whale watching or humpback whale watching season. Parque Nacional Naturales reported that the winner will travel by boat and will be accompanied by two members of the Parques communications team. On the other hand, the winner by votes of the public will be awarded a Technique and Art course (2 months) of his choice in the School of Cinema and Photography Zone Five, all of the prize.

The registration platform will be open for 1,000 photographers to send their work to the following link, in which the postulated photographs will also be available for people to vote for their favorite.
